SHIPPING POLICY
Generally most orders are processed and dispatched with in 1-2 business days. Otherwise the customer is contacted with more information on shipping and delays. Most of our mail is sent via Auspost. any larger items will be by courier.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you need to return an item. You will need to contact the store first so we can advise you on steps required to return your purchase. Return of goods is at the cost of the purchaser.
Sewing machines and overlockers have a manufacturer warranty. Any warranty work is done in store.
